At Happier Living, clinicians experience an exceptionally fulfilling blend of academic medicine, professional practice, and clinical research. We are dedicated to continually expanding and evolving opportunities for clinicians to enhance their expertise, improve the quality of their care, and contribute to the advancement of the field.

Happier Living empowers our community of practitioners with an exceptional training program that sets them up for success within our organization and with our clients. We provide an additional 64 hours of paid training for our PMHNPs, including live classes focused on therapeutic techniques. This additional training helps them develop expertise in areas where they may have less experience compared to our psychiatrists or therapists. However, all of our clinicians are welcome to participate in these courses to further refine their confidence in providing talk therapy. Furthermore, we offer live CEUs through our accreditation with the American Psychological Association, and we are actively working with the American Psychiatric Association to introduce live CMEs as well.

At Happier Living, we foster a collegial atmosphere where clinicians thrive. Our weekly Case Conferences bring together small groups of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists to share insights and collaborate on therapeutic approaches for specific clients. We also offer optional Medical Case Conferences weekly, providing clinicians the opportunity to engage in discussions and stay updated on medication-related topics.
