Ahamefule Epoh received his Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN–FNP) and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cal State University Los Angeles.
Epoh grew up in Eastern Nigeria. In Nigeria, like in many parts of the world, there is a stigma associated with mental health. His goal is to remove the stigma, one patient at a time. Similarly to physical health concerns, it is okay to have mental health concerns.
He doesn’t judge people. His mission is to help clients get better. He is passionate about being a mental health provider and takes his clients seriously. His work as a psychiatric nurse drew him to the field.
Epoh listens, has empathy, and tries his best to help his clients get better. He believes in psychotherapy but is not big on pharmacotherapy. If medication is indicated, he always starts low and goes slowly.
When he isn’t working, he likes to watch basketball, travel, visit friends, go to the beach, and read books.

Absolutely amazing service! All the office staff are friendly and more than willing to help out. As someone with a history of trouble finding a good psychiatrist this place was a lifesaver!
