I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in inpatient, outpatient, and intense in-home settings. I have recently been working as a clinician for an Extended Day Treatment Program for children ages 5-14. I have also had experience working with the older adult population in an intensive outpatient program. I am well versed in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, ADHD, Autism, as well as many other mental health disorders. During my time as a clinician, I understand that it takes courage to reach out for help, and will work with my clients to help them feel safe and comfortable to reach their goals.
As a clinician, I am well trained in play therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, motivational interviewing to help you recognize the changes you want to make to be a healthy, and happy person in mind, body, and spirit. I use a strength-based approach to help my clients reach their goals.
One thing that I love to do is ride horses. I have been riding horses since I was two years old. This is one thing that helps me to remain balanced in my life. I hope to help you find what makes you happy in your daily life.
