Ms. Amy Zerai is a Licenced Marriage and Family Therapist.

Ms. Zerai earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University in 2007 and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2013. She’s also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.

Amy has extensive experience working with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. She has provided individual, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings. She strives to meet people where they are in order to provide the most beneficial therapeutic interventions that promote healing. She specializes in the treatment of people who have a history of abuse, trauma, and loss and she also works with people who are suffering from depression, anxiety, and stress. Amy’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, allowing her to provide the most appropriate interventions based on her clients’ needs.

Amy enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Amy loves traveling to new places and immersing herself in different cultures. She also loves spending time near or in water.
