Berth Bartolin holds a Master of Art in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from La Salle University. Wellness has always been a focus of her life’s work. She uses a holistic approach, integrating various modalities such as a client-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to help her clients achieve their goals and build an empowered, stronger and healthier sense of self.
Berth considers herself adaptable, open-minded, and an explorer. She believes that collaborating with others is a key to addressing concerns related to mental health. She works with her clients as individuals, learning their strengths and challenges, identifying key coping skills together to move toward best strategies for wellness.
When she isn’t working, Berth enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys alone time and exploring new things and places. Reading and yoga are some ways that she allows herself to drift away.
