Cindy Suarez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She grew up in Miami and started working as an elementary school teacher. She loved working with children and their parents and later got interested in helping families with their family wellness goals.

An empath by nature, Cindy feels both joy and satisfaction in helping others reach their highest potential and live their best lives. She meets her clients wherever they are in life, supporting and encouraging them to always seek higher ground, offering them a safe place and a judgment-free zone in which they can explore their deepest challenges with her. She is a sensitive, caring, supportive psychotherapist who promises to help them achieve their wellness goals in therapy.

Cindy received her Master of Science in Applied Family and Child Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Carlos Albizu University. She received a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education with a Special Certification in Early Childhood Development and ESOL from the University of Miami.

When she isn’t working, Cindy loves to be out in nature as it is one of the components that is very healing and regenerating for her. She enjoys going to the beach, bike riding and exercising outside, great ways to revive and keep the positive vibes flowing.
