Dr. Kremin has earned a Master of Arts, a Master of Science, and Specialist’s Certificate and received his Ph.D. with Distinction from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. Among his numerous achievements, he is Board Certified in Homeland Security, Forensic Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Emergency Crisis Response, Domestic Violence, and School Crisis Response. He is also listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and in Numerous Who’s Who’s.
Dr. Kremin has taught a wide variety of graduate Psychology courses for years at several major universities. He is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Hofstra-Northwell School of Medicine. He is also an attending Psychologist at a major teaching Hospital in New York.
Aside from extensive experience in the provision of individual, family, and marital therapy, Dr. Kremin is well experienced in dealing with Workers Compensation matters, and is also an expert in parent coordinating, forensics, the treatment of emotional trauma, grief counseling, divorce mediation and custody evaluation matters. He has often served as an expert witness, and has contributed to various articles on these matters. Dr. Kremin is distinguished as the founding President of the Forensic Division of the N.Y. State Psychological Association.
Dr. Kremin also serves in the capacity of a Police Surgeon with the Fraternal Order of Police as well as State Police where he consults with numerous Police Departments and well as providing clinical services to the officers and their families.
Dr. Kremin is a member of the following organizations: American Psychological Association, N.Y. Psychological Association, Florida Psychological Association, Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators, American College of Forensic Psychology, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the American College of Forensic Psychology where he has been a presenter on several occasions.
