In her years of practice, Ms. Brasseur has come to the conclusion that people seek therapy because they simply want to be happier. They have a plan for their life that simply isn’t working out the way they thought it would, for one reason or another. This often makes a person want to escape their problems, which can lead to a multitude of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or substance abuse. The purpose of therapy is to learn how to create a life you no longer wish to escape from. Together the two of you will look at your personal self-care life balance, and make adjustments where you feel necessary that will create the quickest results.

Darci is a single mother of 2 young adults and she has transformed her own weaknesses into strengths. She has a holistic, goal-oriented approach to treatment that she will personalize to your specific needs. Life is supposed to be fun. You are supposed to be happy! Let Darci help you find your way, and be happy in anticipation of what’s coming.
