Ms. Donna Kirby is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her MS in Counseling from the Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX, earned a Bachelors in Finance at the University of New Mexico, and attended Amberton University for an MS in Human Resources.

Ms. Kirby spent over 20 years working in a stressful environment called Corporate America. When she decided to leave, Donna knew that she wanted to help others to realize their goals and live a more productive life. In working and helping her clients, she is realizing her dreams. Ms. Kirby began her work with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder 10 years ago in a clinical setting and has been trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She also received training from the Army in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD with our veterans. Comorbidity is common with personality disorders such as depression, bi-polar disorder I and II and anxiety disorder; therefore, Donna is well acquainted with all of the symptoms. She believes in and incorporates these therapies into her sessions; in addition to Cognitive Behavior Therapy which allows Donna to be an eclectic therapist.
