Ms. Ebere Nwosu has been working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for the past 4 years in LAC USC Medical Centre and View Height Psychiatric IMD.

She first graduated as a nurse from Los Angeles Southwest College, where she got her Associate’s degree in Nursing in 2016. Ebere got her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University Arizona. She graduated from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science with a Masters of Science degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric.

While working as a nurse, Ebere met so many patients that were really struggling with recovery and trying to improve their quality of life psychologically. She wants to be fully involved in assessing the mental health status of a patient, identifies risk factors that might affect a patient’s mental health, and also agree with the patient on the selected care plan that will bring effective treatment. Her passion is to be a clinician that will be part of a patient’s journey as they transit to normal life functioning. She is also a good patient advocate and likes to listen to get details.

Ebere likes to read motivational books and her favorite time is spent with family during her off day and during vacations.
