Some of the approaches that she uses are CBT, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, supportive therapy, client-centered therapy, and humanistic therapy to name a few.

In your sessions, the two of you will engage in an open process where you can safely explore your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, wishes, and behaviors. Her expertise will help you to understand the underlying causes of your current difficulties. In therapy, together you will clarify how your emotions and thoughts impact your everyday experiences and relationships, and Elina will work with you to solve problems by identifying patterns that may be connected to your distress. She believes through therapy, as awareness is raised and insights are established, shifts and changes can be made for the betterment of your life.
