Ms. Elizabeth Anderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.

Ms. Anderson received her Bachelor’s degree from Fisk University and earned her Master’s degree in Counseling at Liberty University.

Elizabeth has been in the field for seven years and is particularly poised in helping children ages 6 -18, and anyone who is serious about improving their overall quality of living. She has worked with individuals who suffered from depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, suicide ideation, and addictive disorders.

In addition, Elizabeth offers family counseling and couples therapy as well. She utilizes a host of modalities from cognitive-behavioral, brief solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and many others.

Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and just relaxing with a good movie.
