Mrs. Gina Bavero is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania
Mrs. Bavero has a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
Gina has 14 years of clinical mental health experience in a variety of settings. She currently works at a University wellness center and counsels students. She has also worked in a private practice environment treating clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. Family and marital therapy is another passion of hers, and Gina enjoys learning about the different dynamics that each relationship has. She was in the Army for 10 years and utilized by the civilian profession to assist veterans with suicide prevention and the importance of self-care. This summer, she is completing her EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training to become a certified therapist for trauma. She is also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and multisystemic therapy.
Gina is married to her husband, Michael and they have two children, Adalyn (7 years old) and Macoy (4 years old). They also have an amazing dog named Dani. She is a JUG, a Jack Russell/Pug, and brings them so much joy. She loves doing yoga, going for hikes, and spending time with her family. Gina also loves lounging and watching movies and funny tv shows.
