Eze often receives compliments from her patients, and that keeps her motivated and working in the field. She uses her sense of humor to have positive therapeutic outcomes and provide exceptional care for patients with mental health conditions.

Eze grew up in Enugu State, Nigeria. Her spirituality and cultural beliefs have helped her to be truthful and compassionate in providing high quality care that leads to patient safety and satisfaction. She is married and has two children, ages eight and nine. She also lives with her healthy 86-year-old father.

She does not give up easily and is not afraid of change. She handles stress well but tries not to create any. She is patient-care centered and likes her patients to be involved in their own care and encourages them to speak up.

Eze tells her patients that when it comes to mental health, it takes three to tango: pharmacology, psychotherapy, and patience. This combination gives the best outcome. She believes that time management is critical, and she prioritizes evidence-based care according to her patients’ needs.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and traveling with her family.
