Mr. James Gilooly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Maine and Missouri.

He has worked in various clinical settings including community mental health, medical rehabilitation, and hospice. James received his B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri. He earned his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University.

James practices cognitive behavioral therapy. He has experience helping clients manage depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, phobias, and substance use issues. James’ approach to therapy is nonjudgmental. He views therapy as a collaboration between the client and therapist with the goal of improving the client’s life. James has experience working with clients from a variety of diverse backgrounds.

James is happiest when he is spending time outdoors, whether that be the beach or the mountains.
