Jason Stewart is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from California State University in Fullerton, CA and his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.
Jason practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a collaborative, values-oriented perspective that helps clients accept what they can’t control, be present in the moment, lead with their values, and create plans of committed action that propel them towards the best version of themselves and the lives they want to live.
A husband and father of two, Jason has worked with a wide range of clients dealing with a multitude of concerns, including teens and adults individually, couples, and families. In each case, Jason has adapted his style to best fit his client and their needs, always respecting their individuality and personal goals.
