Jennifer Rook is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 9 years of clinical experience working with adults who struggle with chemical dependency, anxiety, depression and relationship/family issues.

Jen received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Daemen College in 2008 and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in 2011. Jen primarily utilizes the therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Additionally, Jen has experience with crisis intervention, substance abuse recovery, and relapse prevention.

Throughout her clinical work, she has worked in a variety of treatment settings, including outpatient chemical dependency clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, CPEP (Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program), and the Emergency Department.

In 2016, Jen launched a private practice that she continues to develop and expand.
