Jerome Scaturro is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor in the state of New Jersey who has eight (8) year’s experience with adults, couples, teenagers (15 to 19) seeking help with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, men’s and women’s issues as well as relationship issues.

He completed his Master in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and currently working towards his Doctorate in Professional Counseling.

He utilizes identifiable, collaborative, compassionate, and empathy-based techniques along with cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, solution-focused approaches to therapy. While continually searching and seeking for an individual’s awareness of the issues, to best address the needs for each individual and couple to grow and ultimately heal.

His main goal is to establish a trusting, respectful and authentic relationship with you in or order to allow you to share your vulnerabilities, feelings, and thoughts that will be the freedom towards healing, growing, and living the most meaningful and best life you value and wish for.

Jerome is proud of his over 25+ experience in the fitness field; holding a Masters in Health Education, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer as well as, NASM – Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is the Senior General Fitness Manager at CNBC in New Jersey. He is a 5x Ironman Finisher, 1x 101 Mile Finisher, as well as completing several Half Ironmans and Marathons. He also holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt from the Isshinryu Karate Association. Jerome has a deep passion for helping others grow and become their best versions of themselves. He believes that we need to step out of our comfort zones in order to grow. It is in the ‘moments’ that we instinctively want to run or not face something, that will display growth. We all need others to help us with it. No one should or could do it alone – I know I can’t.
