Ms. Jessica Jacoby is a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#96381).

Ms. Jacoby received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia, and her Master of Science degree in Counseling, from California State University, Northridge. Jessica has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults for more than 8 years.

Through her own experiences, personal growth, and training, Jessica has developed a passion for incorporating a variety of mindfulness-based practices including grounding exercises, sound therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, self-compassion talks, guided visualizations, and more, all with the intention of teaching enhanced awareness. Jessica is passionate about working with individuals who struggle with day-to-day anxiety and adjustment difficulties, who seek to clarify and transform uncertainty into opportunity. Jessica strives to provide a lighthearted, warm, genuine, and playful attitude with clients, and to always model authenticity and vulnerability while helping clients to grow.
