Dr. Jessica Popham is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.

Dr. Popham received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University and her Master of Science degree and Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Popham has presented and published on mental health and therapeutic topics and is a member of AAMFT and ATSA.

Dr. Popham has worked in community mental health providing in-home therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families from culturally diverse backgrounds. She has also provided therapeutic services in university clinics and school settings. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, anxiety, trauma, depression, parenting, grief and loss, and family dynamics. She also has experience in providing group and individual therapy with adult sexual offenders.

Dr. Popham uses evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy with a systemic lens and focuses on providing a comfortable and respectful environment to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. Dr. Popham strives to practice what she preaches and enjoys incorporating mindfulness and meditation into her personal life and in the therapy room.
