Ms. Juvania Dumas is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor by the State of Louisiana Board of Professional Counselor and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor by the California Board of Behavioral Science.

Ms. Dumas earned her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Avila University and currently working towards a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology.

With over 12 years of considerable knowledge in Mental Health Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorders with child/adolescents, adult, and family therapy. She has extensive experience in completing diagnostic assessments to accurately treat children and adults with Mental Health Disorders, Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Crises Management, Trauma, and Sexual abuse ranging from 4- geriatric years of age. She can treat and practice in the scope of psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy-trauma focus, sexual abuse, emotional behavioral therapy, solution-focused, evidence-based therapies, person-centered, and GTI; trauma-based interventions.

She enjoys long bike rides, traveling, sunsets on the beach, and loves live music and concerts.
