Each client is different and can benefit from skills from a variety of therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and meditation.
Kimberly enjoys nothing more than soaking in the sun at the beach as the waves lap against the shore. Kimberly is an active outdoor enthusiast who enjoys long hikes in nature (assuming the sun is shining!!) Above all, Kimberly cherishes spending time with her family.

Happier Living was a lifesaver for me today. By some miracle I was able to see a clinician at the last minute to help with some pretty big changes in my life recently. She was very kind, attentive, a true professional, but also very fun and relatable.
