Dr. Schwinn received both her Masters and PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in Schaumburg, IL. and is licensed as a psychologist in the state of California. Throughout her graduate training and experience, she was exposed to a variety of populations and settings. Within these experiences and through personal interests, Dr. Schwinn became increasingly passionate about working with families, particularly with those transitioning into motherhood. Areas of specialty include relationships, attachment parenting, work/life balance, and children developmental delays. This interest also extends to supporting those transitioning from external dependency to states of thriving. She views others through an Interpersonal Neurobiology lens, and returning to the simplicity that make us “us”. Dr. Schwinn’s work experiences has included teaching, consulting, home programming, and speaking about cultivating healthy family systems through empowered co-regulatory relationships.
As a personal passion, Dr. Schwinn loves to travel and experiencing new experiences; fully immersing herself into different cultural expressions for living.
