Lindsay Heber is a licensed clinical psychologist that specializes in providing effective therapy to patients through a mindfulness approach. Dr. Heber received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University. Soon after, she obtained her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University and later graduated with a Doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Heber understands that we all go through times in our lives when we feel like we can’t manage something on our own. While traumatic experiences or personal challenges can be difficult at the time, with the right help and guidance these moments can become an opportunity for growth. Like the old saying “turn lemons into lemonade,” therapy can help turn a challenge into a gift.
Through Dr. Heber’s own personal experience, therapy, education, training, and working with clients, she believes she can offer her clients a unique and helpful approach to moving past depression, anxiety or trauma into peace, happiness and balance. With a focus on mind-body-spirit connection, she can get you to feel whole again.
