Ms. Lisa Uribe, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a Licensed and Nationally Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the states of Arizona, California, Florida, New York, and Texas. Her passion is helping her clients achieve their optimum level of health and wellness!

Prior to becoming a licensed, Nationally board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), Lisa obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2012, with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner studies; and she became Nationally Board Certified, by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed as an FNP-C in Texas and Arizona. She received her Post-Masters Certificate with a concentration in Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner studies from Frontier Nursing University, and she achieved National Board Certification as PMHNP-BC from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in 2018.

Lisa’s work experience includes working as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) for 6 years, as well as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) in the in-patient psychiatric hospital setting as well as the outpatient telepsychiatry setting over the past 3 years. She enjoys giving people the individualized attention they deserve and treats everyone with respect and dignity. She understands the unique needs of each individual client and tailors a treatment plan specific to these needs; and, she strives to include alternative and complementary treatments, such as nutritional supplementation, diet, and exercise recommendations, to each treatment regimen and takes a holistic approach to health and wellness.

When not working to help her clients achieve their optimum level of health and wellness, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her pets which include a cat and two birds. When she can find time away from her busy schedule, she likes to draw and paint pictures, feeds the birds that visit her yard, and dream about her next vacation!
