Louisa Agresti received her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
She grew up in North Florida and always had a passion for helping others. She was initially drawn to the field by the desire to assist people in reaching their mental wellness goals.
She uses cognitive behavioral therapy along with hybrid forms of situationally appropriate therapeutic modalities such as family systems therapy, motivational therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Agresti believes in creating a caring and non-judgmental space in which her clients can be open and honest about their experiences, attitudes, beliefs, and goals. She is honored to join them in their journeys.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, gardening, cooking, and going to the ocean.

I am very pleased to be working with Happier Living. It is very helpful to have both my psychiatrist and psychologist in the same place. They are able to read each other’s notes. I believe this provides me with better care. The office staff is very good. Client Support handles my scheduling, billing and questions.
