Ms. Lydia Ignacio is a life coach and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York.
Ms. Ignacio received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the Hunter College Silberman School for Social Work. She also received a Master’s degree in Human Service with a specialization in Social and Community Services from Capella University.
Lydia considers herself an alternative therapy practitioner approaching therapy from a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach. She utilizes traditional methods in clinical social work, such as evidence-based interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, family systems therapy, client-centered approaches, and other focused problem-solving approaches.
In addition, Lydia utilizes alternative energetic therapies, such as mindfulness, reiki practices, candle, herbal baths and medicine, sound, crystal, and aroma healing therapies. She strongly believes in our power to manifest our reality in a way that best serves our deepest desires and purpose.
Her aim is to guide others in their journey to discovering and manifesting their best and truest self in a way that positively impacts the universe at large.
Nature, animals, laughter, positivity, and love make Lydia happiest!!! She loves immersing herself in creative endeavors that give freedom to self-expression, cultivate kindness and generosity, and reminds us of our interconnectedness with all living beings around us. We are but a small part of a larger whole and we are in our best light when surrounded by supportive and loving energies and environments.
