I’m a licensed Couple and Family Therapist in the state of California. My educational background and professional experiences have helped me to curiously work with diverse populations and follow value-sensitive therapy. I strongly support helping clients to resolve immediate situations as well as healing from past difficult life experiences.

As a certified Clinical Trauma Professional & EMDR trained I work with trauma survivors, victims of abuse/domestic violence, and sobriety seekers. I also utilize CBT, DBT, and body-oriented techniques in treating mood, anxiety disorders, and self-harm behaviors. In working with children/teens, I apply ABA interventions, play/art therapy to address developmental, emotional, and behavioral issues.

In this journey you will get to the heart of your resistance. You’ll be able to turn to your fears, solve your problems, work through your goals and be aware of the possible costs of inaction in your personal & interpersonal life.

I’m here with you to identify disruptive relational patterns, to reduce impulsive behaviors, to increase emotional regulations, and to develop positive coping skills to overcome day to day challenges. You deserve a healthy joyful lifestyle. By trusting the therapy process you will be able to welcome peace to yourself and loved ones.
