Ms. Markyse Bernadin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
Ms. Markyse received her Master of Social Work at Barry University in Miami and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Social Work.
Markyse has experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle to cope with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, and Trauma. Markyse also has experience working with people who struggle to cope with personality disorders such as Bipolar, Borderline Personality, and Histrionic Personality Disorder.
Markyse’s therapy style is empathetic and supportive, and she is passionate about creating a safe space for her clients to grow. She uses interventions from the modalities of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as she sees fit, in efforts to benefit her clients as much as possible in the therapeutic process.
Markyse does not believe that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Instead, she believes that YOU are the light. While working with her, you will have the space to process your past and increase your self-esteem to shine brightly into your future.
