Ms. Michelle Oubadji is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida.

Ms. Oubadji received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master of Social Work degree from Florida International University. She specializes in helping women of all ages with a wide range of needs such as issues related to ADHD, Concentration and Focus, Motivation, Self-Esteem, Confidence, Career Difficulties, Executive/Professional related stress, and Compassion Fatigue.

Michelle is a culturally competent therapist with experience working with clients of multicultural backgrounds. She has experience providing behavioral health support to individuals from multiple faiths groups and has worked with families and individuals with diverse faiths and ethnic/cultural backgrounds.

Michelle provides therapy from a strengths-based perspective where the strength of the client is highlighted and used as a major tool in reaching the identified goals. She utilizes various evidence-based models depending on the need of the client. She has experience with Strength-Based Therapy, Client-centered therapy, Family therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
