Ms. Misper Etando is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner across the life span. She is licensed in both California and New Mexico.

Ms. Etando graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earned a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health at Walden University. Her background includes child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry.

Misper has been in health care for over 13 years and has extensive experience treating clients with various psychiatric conditions in the acute and chronic stages including but not limited to depression, anxiety, Adhd/Add, bipolar, schizophrenia, and neurocognitive disorders. She maintains a comprehensive focus to care, including brief psychotherapy and prescribing mental health medications for children, adolescents, and adults.

She provides culture-sensitive care with a focus on a holistic approach and the science of caring which are structured around a moral commitment to enhancing human dignity. Her main objective is the well-being and the enhancement of her client’s quality of life. Her main area of interest is the mind, body, and spiritual connection pertaining to their relationship and role in one’s health and healing. She has always enjoyed helping people and finds her work very rewarding.

Misper enjoys traveling, dancing, camping, spending time with family, and seeking spiritual growth.
