Pamela Allahar received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington and her MSN Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Maryville University. She is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Pamela grew up in a steady home with both parents, but communication wasn’t the best. As an adult, she has learned that finding the words to convey and express yourself so your loved ones actually hear you is almost as important as the action of love. She believes that the expression of words and action goes hand-in-hand for mental health.

As a nurse practitioner, she works with a collaborating medical doctor who has been in practice for more than 30 years and is there to support and guide her along with other nurse practitioners. Pamela also has access to a lot of resources for clinical-based evidence that is very beneficial to her practice.

She enjoys being able to help people experience their best quality of life with a healthy approach related to a healthy mind and a positive outlook on life. She is a great listener and is determined to help her clients.

When Pamela isn’t working, she enjoys traveling and gaining insights into different cultures.
