Ms. Sarah Kovacs is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Hi! My name is Sarah. Often, individuals seeking therapy will say that they just need to have a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can talk things out. That’s where my work with you comes in. We will work together to put an understanding of what those emotions are, what triggers them, and how to manage them. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ population as well as with preteens, adolescents, and adults. I also work with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and grief.

Deciding to reach out to a therapist is a big step and I commend you on getting this far! I look forward to helping you along your journey of self-discovery, however far along that journey you may be.
