Satang Ann received her Bachelor Science of Nursing (BSN) from Western Governors University and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Satang grew up in a rural area, and mental health wasn’t embraced in her family. As the stigma lessened, her interest in behavioral health increased. Prior to being a clinician, she was a bedside RN at an inpatient hospital.
Satang’s greatest achievement as a clinician is seeing her clients improve their mental and emotional states. She wants potential clients to know that she cares and that she listens and provides a non-judgmental environment. She is LGBTQ friendly.
Satang provides supportive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to her clients and is interested in knowing what led them to her. Their mental health is important to her.
When she isn’t working, Satang enjoys hiking and exercise.
