Shenise Seabrook is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), with over a decade of experience in nursing and a passion for helping patients live healthier lives. Born and raised in New Jersey, Shenise comes from a family of dedicated nurses who inspired her to pursue a career in nursing and provide compassionate care to others.
In addition to her PMHNP and FNP certifications, Shenise holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Education, as well as Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing. Her extensive educational background and experience have equipped her with the skills to effectively teach patients, families, and students about various health issues.
Shenise’s approach to therapy is grounded in providing individualized, holistic care while treating every client with dignity and respect. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, her goal is to improve clients’ lives both physically and mentally by teaching them how to manage their mental health problems. This includes incorporating both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical approaches, such as motivational interviewing, crisis management, and resource utilization.
