Ms. Stephanie Mittauer is a dual Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Ms. Mittauer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. After working for several years in Women and Newborn Health, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Atlantic University.

Stephanie used her clinical knowledge and passion for teaching to educate students as a professor at her alma mater, Florida Atlantic University. Although she will always have a love for teaching, her desire to serve the mental health community led her to receive a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Since this time, she has worked in a private practice specializing in mental health conditions to patients and families across the lifespan.

Stephanie uses a holistic approach to help her patients cope with a variety of psychiatric conditions including, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD. She has a true passion for increasing awareness and making positive changes within the mental health community. It is her goal to take every opportunity to help people across the country live happier, healthier lives.
