Tanya Rosen holds a Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University.

Tanya considers herself empathetic, open minded, easygoing, and motivational. She respects the therapeutic process, especially the relationship of trust, empathy, and understanding, and always meets individuals where they are and starts from there.

She grew up in New York City and had a loving and supportive upbringing but suffered from anxiety and depression. Having had positive and transformational experiences in counseling, she wanted to be able to provide the same opportunities to her clients.

Tanya is well versed in DBT, ACT, ecotherapy, and creative arts therapy as well as meditation, coaching, and mindfulness work.

When Tanya isn’t working, she enjoys surfing, outdoor activities, art, reading, and meditation.
