Ms. Teka Pendleton is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner currently licensed in the states of Ohio and Florida.

Ms. Pendleton received her Bachelor of Nursing Science (2008) and Master of Nursing Science (2012) from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She also received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Family Relations & Human Development (1998) as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate (2018) to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. She passed the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) board exam in 2018.

Teka is passionate about offering holistic care to help facilitate patients towards achieving their wellness goals. She is experienced in treating individuals with depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

Teka enjoys traveling, amusement parks, theatre, reading, and spending time with family.
