Mrs. Theresa Nakagawa-Yoshida is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Mrs. Nakagawa-Yoshida graduated in 2007 with a Masters in Counseling & Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.

Theresa has been licensed as an LMFT since 2014. She is passionate about collaboratively helping people that are struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, grief, bereavement, and self-harm. She is a trained Solution Focused Brief Therapy Approach (SFBTA) Therapist. She practices several modalities & together will find one that fits you. She wants to be helpful to you so that you’ll find our work together is worthwhile.

As a former fashion designer, she loves to sew & knit. She now creates fashion for her pug Tilly & protective face-masks for her family & friends. She enjoys walking, swimming, biking & fishing.
