Tiffany Guthrie is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MS- PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic care to her clients. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Walden, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University.

Growing up in a small suburb outside of Chicago, Tiffany’s passion for mental health care was inspired by her grandparents, who made tremendous sacrifices for her and her sisters. Witnessing their selflessness, she knew from an early age that she wanted to be a resource for them as they grew older. This drove her to pursue a career in nursing, specifically in the intensive care unit (ICU), where she could leverage her medical knowledge base to support her grandparents. However, she was deeply affected when her family faced a mental health crisis, motivating her to dedicate her career to mental health care where she feels her skills and compassion are most needed.

Tiffany’s therapeutic approach emphasizes compassion, non-judgment, and holistic care, focusing on the whole person—mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. She recognizes that mental health is influenced by multiple factors and collaborates with her patients to provide personalized and comprehensive care. Whether through therapy, or a combination of treatment, accurate diagnosing and safety monitoring are top priorities in Tiffany’s practice. Seeking mental wellness can be intimidating, so Tiffany is committed to creating a safe and healing environment for her clients.

Beyond her professional life, Tiffany enjoys engaging in various activities that promote her own well-being and balance. She finds solace and joy in going to the gym, practicing yoga, trying new restaurants, traveling, hiking, indulging in reading and podcasts, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
