Are you interested in taking apart all of the tasks and making things feel more manageable? Rather than dreading talking with that friend, significant other, parent, boss, or whoever about whatever, let us work on changing your mindset. Would you like to be able to make a step-by-step plan with short and long-term goals? Do you want to be able to control what you can, without everything feeling out of control? Do you want to feel like people hear what you want and need? Do you want to feel more confident and organized in your job search? Are you looking for a different and more personal therapy experience, here it is! I will work with you to target change points, develop a plan where progress is seen within 8 sessions. Tina has 25 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults recovering from trauma, emotional or behavioral challenges, and with educational or work-related issues in schools, group homes, rural health care clinics, and military facilities. She works from a place of finding your strengths and empowering you to climb this obstacle. You have taken the first step in signing up. Let’s get you on the right track today!
