Ms. Victoria Sanchez resides and practices in Arizona where she earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix then a Post-Master’s degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is Board-Certified at the state and national levels in both areas.
Her fifteen years of advanced practice include the provision of comprehensive care to children, teens, adults, geriatrics, and the seriously mentally ill population. Victoria’s training as a legal nurse consultant has been integral to advocating for elderly and vulnerable adults victimized by predatory relationships.
She has always been fascinated by the mind-body connection and the complexity of emotions, behaviors, and physical symptoms in which we experience events and relationships. Victoria appreciates the courage it takes to confront and deal with difficult and often painful situations. She values a holistic approach to health care. This includes eliciting the core issues that cause symptoms so the best interventions for medication and/or therapy may be considered.
She has a strong background in gestalt therapy, bioenergetics, psychodrama, family therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She values the relevance of insight about unresolved issues that may overlap with the current lack of joy or being “stuck” in old patterns.
Victoria is passionate about inspiring hope through recognizing choices, strength, and the courage to make even small changes. I believe the process of honest self-discovery and accountability leads to empowerment, resilience, and the ownership of grace. Victoria enjoys her dogs, cats, and turtles as a constant source of joy and companionship.

Hands down the most caring staff, from the psychiatrists to client support. Several times I needed appointments on short notice and they made it happen. My clinician was down to earth and caring and made me a better man. Having been to psychiatrists from all over the world I would never switch from Happier Living.
