Ms. Vivian Ireton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Indiana and Florida.

Ms. Ireton received her Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from Oakland City University and continued her higher education with the University of Southern Indiana where she received her Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Ms. Ireton has many years of working in inpatient and outpatient settings. She is well versed in anxiety, depression, and substance abuse and has worked with many couples doing couples therapy. Vivian will help you feel comfortable reaching out as she realizes it takes courage to ask for help and can be quite overwhelming at times. She will focus on the issues you are wanting to address to make your life better.

Ms. Ireton uses a combination of CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing to help you recognize the changes you want to make to be a healthy person in your body, mind, and spirit. She recognizes that the therapeutic relationship involves rapport building as well as empathy and trust. She also hopes to be able to help you achieve the goals you desire.

One of the things that Ms. Ireton loves to do is laugh and believes that laughter in itself is good for the soul. She hopes as you become a healthier you that laughter will be a part of your life also.
