Social Login

While we recommend you log in using an email and password, for your convenience, we offer the option to log in with a social account. If you choose to log in with your social account, you must first authorize the sharing of your information that may be accessible by the social company as a result of this usage of the social account, including with its parent company (collectively, the “Social Entity”). Completing this Authorization will allow Happier Living and its affiliates (“Happier Living”) to authenticate you with the social login of your choice.

By checking the box to authorize social login, you authorize Happier Living to disclose your login information and that you are a registered user of the Happier Living website, to the Social Entity for the purpose of creating an account and accessing the Happier Living website with your social login information. Your use of the social login may be subject to the Social Entity’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of the Social Entity.

By checking the box to authorize social login, you acknowledge:

• You may refuse to sign this Authorization. Happier Living will not condition my treatment, payment, enrollment, or eligibility for benefits, as applicable, on whether you sign this Authorization.
• You may revoke this Authorization at any time by notifying Happier Living in writing. Revocation of this Authorization will not apply to information that has already been released before the revocation is received.
• This Authorization will expire ten (10) years after your last date of login. It is your responsibility to inform Happier Living of any desired change to this Authorization.
• The information disclosed is necessary for you to utilize the social login to create an account and access the Happier Living website. You may restrict such disclosure by contacting Happier Living in writing.
• Your information may be re-shared or disclosed by the Social Entity. This re-disclosure may not be protected by federal or state privacy laws.
• You agree to waive all claims against Happier Living for the release of the information authorized to be disclosed.
• You have a right to receive a copy of this Authorization. A copy of this Authorization is as valid as the original.
