Abbiebatu Aziz is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides a compassionate, supportive, and personalized approach to mental wellness. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Abbie was drawn to the field of mental health after witnessing how often it is overlooked in society. With a strong belief that mental well-being is a critical part of our overall health, she is passionate about helping clients find clarity, balance, and healing.

Abbie earned her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside. Her deep curiosity about people, culture, and human behavior evolved into a desire to make a tangible impact, leading her to pursue both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Post-Master's Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Charles R. Drew University.

Abbie describes herself as ambitious, loving, respectful, and caring—qualities that are at the core of her therapeutic approach. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is to help individuals navigate through challenges and move toward a happier, more fulfilling life. Whether the progress is big or small, Abbie finds great joy and purpose in witnessing the growth and improvement in the lives of those she works with.

Abbie believes that when we are mentally well, we are better positioned to thrive in every other area of life—physically, emotionally, socially, and professionally. She sees therapy as a collaborative journey and is committed to helping clients feel empowered, valued, and understood every step of the way.

Outside of her professional work, Abbie enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, traveling to new places, exploring fitness classes, and expressing her creativity through home décor. Her warm and approachable nature, combined with her dedication to the mental health field, makes her a trusted ally on the path to healing.
