She also utilizes facets of CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to ensure clients develop appropriate coping skills to express and manage themselves outside of the therapy office.
Ms. Ancar enjoys spending time with her family and friends, vacationing (in a pre-COVID world), and her new puppy who is 6 months old. Ms. Ancar is always up for a good book recommendation and tries to read at least 2 books per month.

Happier Living was a lifesaver for me today. By some miracle I was able to see a clinician at the last minute to help with some pretty big changes in my life recently. She was very kind, attentive, a true professional, but also very fun and relatable.
