Allin Mathew received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Eastern Kentucky University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas, Arlington. She received her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from Northlake College.
She grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. An early interest in psychology sparked her curiosity about psychiatry.
Allin believes in helping patients identify the source of their trauma, helping them work on coping with their trauma and ultimately moving forward by overcoming their obstacles to happiness. She takes a solutions-focused approach to CBT and believes that treatment is most effective with medication and counseling.
When she isn’t working, Allin enjoys brisk walking, reading, and cooking.
