Leandra Peacock Smith, NP, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in the rural Mississippi Delta, Leandra grew up witnessing the challenges of limited healthcare access in underserved communities. These experiences shaped her commitment to improving the wellbeing of individuals in her community and inspired her passion for providing compassionate and holistic care.
Leandra received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women, her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, and a Post-Master’s Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Her educational journey reflects her dedication to equipping herself with the knowledge and skills needed to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients.
Leandra is known for her compassionate, honest, and caring nature. She believes in creating a safe, supportive space for clients to express themselves openly. As a great listener, she is deeply committed to understanding her clients' unique needs and working collaboratively to help them achieve a sense of relief and improved mental wellbeing.
