She is dedicated to understanding each client's unique needs and providing empathetic, evidence-based support that fosters resilience and meaningful progress. Her treatment approach is holistic, focusing on the interconnectedness of body, mind, and soul. She emphasizes the importance of lifestyle changes, such as adopting a plant-based diet, regular exercise, mindfulness practices, yoga, and breathing exercises, to enhance overall well-being. She also helps clients discover activities that bring joy and balance, creating a path toward a more fulfilling life.
Merly is deeply committed to creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She believes that mental health care is not just about addressing symptoms but about nurturing the whole person and guiding them toward a life of purpose and balance.
When she isn’t working, Merly reconnects with nature by hiking, spending time by the water, or simply enjoying peaceful moments outdoors. She also explores her creative side through reading, writing, and music—activities that recharge her spirit and bring fresh perspectives to her practice. Compassionate, resourceful, and driven, Merly is honored to walk alongside her clients on their journeys to improved mental health and well-being.
