Born in California and raised in Taiwan until the age of 13, Dr. Tang brings a unique blend of cultural sensitivity and professional expertise to his practice. His journey back to the United States as a teenager meant adapting to a new culture and learning English as a second language, experiences that have profoundly shaped his approach to patient care.

Dr. Tang earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Cornell University, followed by his Doctor of Medicine from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. This robust educational foundation has equipped him with a deep understanding of human biology and the intricacies of the medical field.

The personal loss of his mother in a tragic accident during his high school years deeply influenced Dr. Tang's career path. This experience ignited a passion for mental health, driving him to make a meaningful impact in the lives of his patients. He believes in building strong therapeutic relationships, continuously learning, and refining his skills to provide the best care possible.

Known for his kindness, patience, and calm demeanor, Dr. Tang is dedicated to creating a supportive and empathetic environment for his patients. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Tang enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep him balanced and grounded.
